I’m Tiffany Curtiss, a South Sound WA real estate broker with Olympic Sotheby’s International Realty. A Pacific Northwest native, I’ve spent much of my life leaving home, finding new ones, building businesses, and ultimately coming back to the place that always felt like home.

That perspective is at the heart of how I practice real estate.

My career before real estate took me far from a traditional path. I spent years in the music industry, singing on national tours and traveling extensively before discovering Napa Valley and building a culinary business focused on creating memorable experiences. Along the way, I developed homes in both Nashville and Napa into destination retreats - an experience that taught me something I still believe today: a home is never simply a property. It is part of the life happening inside and around it.

I bring that perspective to every client I represent.
